1to9 is a regional brand that curates and showcases the best of the Northern Tohoku region, spanning from southern Aomori to northern Iwate—an area known collectively as “Kita-Ou.”
The name 1to9 is inspired by the local towns with “-nohe” in their names, from Ichinohe to Kunohe, expressing the spirit and identity of the region.
